If you find a bug in our software, please let us know in which situation this bug occurs. Describe the context as clear and as comprehensive as possible. To define a bug in CodeBeamer is quite easy. Unfortunately, because of Spam we had to close our system and now you have to register. But don't worry, it takes you just 3 minutes. Then you can describe the bug. The following steps describes the how to of bug reporting.
Here you see the general overview menu of CodeBeamer. Because you want to report a bug, please go in the "Tracker Name"

Here you have an overview on existing bugs. Please have a look, if you bug is already tracked in the system. If yes, leave if necessary a comment, if no, then proceed with the next image no 3.
In the gray bar in CodeBeamer you see on the right hand side the word action and a small triangle. Please press this button (triangle) and the menu drops out as you can see it in the image above. Please choose "New Issue".
After choosing "New Issue" an empty issue is opened by the system. Each label of the issue (=bug) is explained
here. Please note, all red marked fields are required and has to be filled. Don't forget the description, as longer as better :-)

...the your bug entry is saved in the CodeBeamer database. If you want to have an overview on all bugs in the system please click on "Bug" in the orange horizontal bar. Then the list, you already know from the second image occurs.
You see, reporting a bug in SONIVIS is very easy and convenient. Of course besides bugs we are also interested in your opinion about SONIVIS in general. For this please use the Forum. Furthermore, by using the issue type "Idea" or "Requirement" you can tell us how we can improve our tool.
