SONIVIS Releases

At the moment there is just one SONIVIS release published. This is version 0.8. At the moment we are working heavily on the release version 0.9, which is long overdue. However, on this Wiki page you get an overview about available release and their requirements.

• Operating System: Windows or Linux
• Java >= 1.6
• MySQL >= 5.0
• R 2.7.x with following packages ... (in Windows release version already included)

Minimum Requirements

• Java >= 1.6
• MySQL >= 5.0 (set the default character set to utf8 and the collation to utf8_bin)
• R version 2.8.1 (please no other version!) - download the package: File:SONIVIS R.zip
